We recognize that organizing a vacation may be challenging, and we aim to make the procedure as easy and stress-free as we can. Booking a vacation rental, our cancellation policy, check-in, and check-out processes, what's included in the rental, and much more are all covered on this page. We hope that the information on this website will enable you to plan your ideal vacation with us and make an informed choice.

  • What types of vacation homes do you offer?

    We offer a wide range of vacation homes, ranging from 3-bedroom to 9-bedroom estates, all of which are situated in the best neighborhoods close to Orlando's main attractions and amusement parks.

  • How do I book a vacation home?

    You can make a direct reservation for a vacation property on our website or by getting in touch with our customer care staff. We'll walk you through it and respond to any questions you might have.

  • How old should I be to rent a vacation home?

    Guests must be at least 25 years old or an occupant of the Property and must ensure compliance with the occupancy terms by all members of the Guest's party.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    A cancellation fee in the amount of all payments received applies to all cancellations, for non-payment, and for not occupying the property. Changes, when available, require approval. Reservations will be canceled with no refund if the Guest provides false information during the reservation process or plans to advertise or hosts a Party, defined as exceeding the occupancy limit. There are no refunds for unmet expectations resulting from weather, natural disasters, personal or any other reason unless contained herein.

  • How do I check-in to my vacation home?

    We will send out final instructions including directions and check-in details, approximately 3 weeks prior to arrival date, including information on how to access the home and a code to open the main door.

  • What is included in the vacation rental?

    Our vacation homes are fully equipped with modern amenities, including fully equipped kitchens, private pools, hot tubs, game rooms, home theaters, and more. 

  • Can I bring pets?

    Some of our vacation homes allow pets, while others do not. Contact us for more information.

  • How do I request maintenance or repairs?

    If you need maintenance or repairs during your stay, please contact our customer service team, and we'll handle the issue promptly.

  • What is the minimum stay requirement?

    We have a 3-day minimum requirement. You can contact us for more information.

  • What are your payment options?

    We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept PayPal and bank transfers.

    A down payment of 20% is due at the time of reservation. The Reservations made within 8 weeks days of the Rental Period require payment in full along with copies of Guest’s driver’s license and the credit card charged.

    The balance for the Rental Period is due 8 weeks prior to the Rental Period and will be charged to the credit card on file. And Guest agrees that Guest’s credit or debit card can be charged for any additional amounts due under this agreement.


  • Are there any additional charges on my rental?

    A $500 refundable damage deposit or credit card pre-authorization is due at the time of reservation- $1500 for Bigger Homes. The damage deposit is a pre-authorization and will not be charged or held unless otherwise advised at the time of booking and will only be charged should damages be found upon departure.

  • How do I check-out of my vacation home?

    We provide detailed check-out instructions prior to your departure, including information on how to return the keys and where to leave the home.

  • Do you offer concierge services?

    No, we don’t offer a range of concierge services, but we can recommend services for your vacation, including transportation, restaurant reservations, tickets to theme parks and attractions, and more.

  • How do I leave a review of my stay?

    We encourage our guests to leave reviews and ratings on our website and other platforms, and we use this feedback to make necessary improvements and adjustments.
